Customizing the Order Fulfillment Workspace

You can customize your workspace using the Lightning App Builder.

Note:

The Fall 2020 version of Order and Inventory Management Workspaces introduced the following list views for the Procurement workspace and the Order Fulfillment workspace:

  • The Open Purchase Orders - SCM Workspaces list view. Starting with the Winter 2023 release, the name of this list view is Open Purchase Orders - Procurement.
  • The Open Sales Orders - SCM Workspaces list view. Starting with the Summer 2023 release, the name of this list view is Open Sales Orders - OIM Workspaces.

Starting with the Fall 2020 release, such list views are provided with the Order and Inventory Management Workspaces package and replace the Order and Inventory Management package list views the two workspaces were previously using. When upgrading to Fall 2020 or later, the original workspaces, Procurement workspace and Order Fulfillment workspace, will be automatically updated to use the new list views. However, list views will not update automatically for any custom workspaces, these will continue to use the former the Order and Inventory Management package list views.
