Creating a Payable Invoice or Credit Note from a Single Expense Report
To create a payable invoice or credit note from a single eligible expense report:
- Click the Expense Reports tab.
- Open the expense report that you want to create a payable invoice or credit note from.
- Click Create Payable Invoice or Credit Note. If the expense report is eligible for creating a payable invoice or credit note, a confirmation message displays. If the expense report is not eligible, a list of errors displays. If that happens, do the following:
- Click Close.
- Fix each error.
- Perform this step again.
- Click Create. Once the payable invoice or credit note is created, a success message displays.
- [Optional] Click the name of the payable invoice or credit note to open it.
- Click the Expense Reports tab.
- Open the expense report that you want to create a payable invoice or credit note from.
- Click Create Payable Invoice/Credit Note. A confirmation message displays.
- Click Continue to create the payable invoice or credit note.
