Configuring Custom Fields in Concur
The following fields must be configured and active on the Expense object in Concur. If you want to use custom field names in Concur, you must edit the related values in the PSA Direct for Concur Expense Settings tab. For more information, see PSA Direct for Concur Expense Custom Settings.
You must create the following custom fields in Concur. For more information on how to create custom fields in Concur, see the Concur Help.

PSA Project | List | Picklist field containing PSA project information. The values for this field are added and updated when PSA projects are synced with Concur. |
PSA Project-Project Manager | Multi-level list | Multi-level list containing PSA project and project manager information. The parent list is called PSA Project and the child list is called Project Manager. The values for this field are added and updated when PSA projects are synced with Concur. Values are also updated when a related project manager contact is edited in PSA. By default, the project value is synced with the name of the project record. You can change this by modifying the PSA Project to Concur mappings. The Project Manager value is synced with the email of the project record and is not mapped. PSA Resource-PSA Assignment | Multi-level list |
Multi-level list containing PSA resource and assignment information. The parent list is called PSA Resource and the child list is called PSA Assignment. The values for this field are added and updated when PSA resources and assignments are synced with Concur. |
Is Billable? | List |
Determines whether the Concur expense is billable. Depending on your configuration, this field might contain "Yes", "Billable", or any other custom value as the required value for sending records to PSA. For more information on this field, see PSA Direct for Concur Expense Custom Settings. |
