Enabling Tax Box Mappings

This Feature Console page updates the Tax Code Layout page layout for the Business Activity Statement and VAT return reports, and adds the "Cash Basis" value to the GST Accounting Method field of the Business Activity Statement object.

Before you enable this feature, you must consider the following scenarios:

• If your org contains companies using only the VAT tax regime, you don't require this feature. If you want to use it, you might perform steps 1, 3, and 4.
• If your org contains companies using only the GST tax regime and they require the BAS, you must perform steps 1 and 2.
• If your org contains companies using the VAT and GST tax regimes, you can perform all the steps.

For each automatic step, click Perform. When the step has completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".

When you have completed all the steps, use the Status slider in the Feature section to enable the feature.
