Template Profiles

FinancialForce PSA includes these template profiles out of the box:

• PSE - Consultant. See "PSE Consultant Profile".
• PSE - Customer Portal Manager. See "PSE Customer Portal Manager Profile".
• PSE - Finance. See "PSE Finance Profile".
• PSE - Management. See "PSE Management Profile".
• PSE - Operations. See "PSE Operations Profile".
• PSE - Project Manager. See "PSE Project Manager Profile".
• PSE - Sales. See "PSE Sales Profile".

Note

These are the template profiles that you can map to your Salesforce profiles during installation. FinancialForce does not guarantee that these profiles are suitable for every implementation of FinancialForce PSA. If you are an administrator of PSA, you must ensure that users are assigned profiles that are appropriate for the tasks that they are to carry out in PSA.
