Adding Additional Fields to a Timecard Line

You can add and configure fields in the detail section of a timecardA mechanism for logging time against a project or an assignment. line:

  1. Add the API names of the fields that you want to add to the Additional Fields configuration option. See "Timecard Settings".
  2. Ensure that the appropriate RCEDRead, Create, Edit and Delete access is granted on the fields you entered in the previous step.
  3. If you want the values of these fields to be copied from a previous week's timecard, set the Copy Additional Fields From Previous Week configuration option to true.
