Setting up Multiple Expense Entry

If you are an administrator and want PSA users to be able to enter several expenses on a single page:

  1. Add the Multiple Expense Entry UI button to the Expenses related list in the projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets. and/or assignmentConnection between a resource and a project. page layouts.
    Note: Note
    Do not add the button to the Expense Reports related list.
  2. Ensure that the PSA Links are available on the home page layouts for your users.
