Searching in the Resource Planner

To search for an item in the resource plannerA graphical tool that gives you an organized, comprehensive view of resources and the projects to which they are assigned.:

  1. On the Home page sidebar, click Resource Planner.
  2. Click the Search icon:

    The Search popup window appears.

  3. Click to display a list of fields that you can search on.
  4. Select a field from the drop-down list.

    Depending on the field that you selected, fields appear where you can enter specific search criteria.For instance, if you select Practice, a Name box, + button and Include Practice Sub-Levels checkbox appears. In this case you can enter a practiceA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects. name, choose whether you want to search within practice sub levels for that practice and click + to include another practice name in the search.   5. If you want to include another field in the search, click + and repeat steps 3 to 4. If you want to remove a field from the search, click on the line for that field.
  6. Click Search.
