Template Profiles

FinancialForce PSA includes these template profiles out of the box:

• PSE - Consultant. See PSE Consultant Profile.
• PSE - Customer Portal Manager. See PSE Customer Portal Manager Profile.
• PSE - Finance. See PSE Finance Profile.
• PSE - Management. See PSE Management Profile.
• PSE - Operations. See PSE Operations Profile.
• PSE - Project Manager. See PSE Project Manager Profile.
• PSE - Sales. See PSE Sales Profile.

These are the template profiles that you can map to your Salesforce profiles during installation. FinancialForce does not guarantee that these profiles are suitable for every implementation of FinancialForce PSA. If you are an administrator of PSA, you must ensure that users are assigned profiles that are appropriate for the tasks that they are to carry out in PSA.
