Entering Data

You enter data in FinancialForce PSA in the same way as Salesforce pages. You can enter data in any of the major tabs, or import your data.

Tip:

Required fields are marked in red on editable pages. All other fields are optional and you can leave them blank.

Note:

If your administrator has enabled inline editing, you can edit fields directly on a detail page.

Warning:

After you enter and edit data, click Save to record your changes.
