Editing a Plan

To edit a plan using the enhanced Plan Detail page:

  1. On the Plans tab, click the name of the plan you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. If required, edit the details of the plan in the Plan Details panel.
  4. Add, remove or edit products.
  5. Click Save.
Tip: Tip Blue Lightbulb
To add a new product to the plan, select the product you want to add from the Add Product drop-down list.
To remove a product, click the remove icon Cross icon next to that product.
To edit a product on a plan, click the value you want to edit and enter the value you want.
Long product names are truncated. To view the full product name, hover over that product in the list.

Salesforce

To select a plan to edit using the Salesforce Plan Detail page, click the name of the plan you want to edit.

To edit the plan:

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Edit the details of the plan.
  3. Click Save.

To add a plan line:

  1. Click New Plan Line Item in the Plan Line Items related list of the Plan Detail page.
  2. Enter a Product or Service.
  3. Complete the remaining fields.
  4. Click Save.

To edit a contract line:

  1. Click Edit next to the plan line you want to edit in the Plan Line Items related list of the Plan Detail page.
  2. Edit the fields you want.
  3. Click Save.

To delete a plan line:

  1. Click Del next to the plan line you want to delete in the Plan Line Items related list of the Plan Detail page.
  2. Click OK.
