The Sending Hooks feature enables Foundations to deliver messages for managed publications using Salesforce Process Builder. This enables you to change the way in which messages are sent by a managed publication. For more information, see Use Process Builder and Sending Hook.
To enable this feature, these steps must be carried out on your Salesforce org:
- Add the Use Process Builder and Sending Hook fields to the Publication page layout.
- Ensure that a Sending Hook is specified on customized publications.
- Select the Use Process Builder on customized publications.
You can use the Feature Console tab to carry out these steps.
