Automated Eliminations Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up an automated elimination record.

Information

The following fields are available in the Information section.

Key: * – Mandatory field

Automated Elimination Information Fields
Field		Description
Automated Elimination Name	*	The name of the automated elimination.
Apex Job ID		Unique identifier for the current batch Apex job.
Batch Process		A Lookup to the batch process in case of error.
Description		The description of the automated elimination.
Status	*	The status of the automated elimination. Possible statuses: New: Automated Elimination is created but has never been run. Processing: Generating Elimination Transactions (part 1 of the Automated Elimination process). Marking Source: Marking source Transaction Line items (part 2 of the Automated Eliminations process) Completed: The elimination was run at least once, and the last process run was completed successfully. Processing Error: Error encountered in processing (part 1). Marking Source Error: Error encountered in marking source (part 2).

Automated Elimination Distribution Fields
Field		Description
Destination Company	*	The Destination Company used in the automated elimination process. Only elimination companies are available.
Destination GLA	*	The Destination GLA used in the automated elimination process. Populated on the balancing eliminations transaction line item that is created when the total of the source transaction line items retrieved by the automated eliminations process is not equal to 0.
Destination Dimension 1-4		The Destination Dimensions used in the automated elimination process. Populated on the balancing eliminations transaction line item that is created when the total of the source transaction line items retrieved by the automated eliminations process is not equal to 0.
