Canceling a Product Update Schedule

You can cancel a product update schedule via the link on the Updates and Product Versions page.

Complete the form to confirm you want to cancel a product update schedule as follows:

  1. Enter your Email address.
  2. Enter your Company Name.
  3. Enter your Contact Name.
  4. Select the type of opt out request you wish to submit.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the type of new opt out request you want to submit.
  7. [Optional] Specify upgrade the new opt out relates to.
  8. Select the type of upgrades you wish to be excluded from:
  9. Select the environments for update exclusion:
  10. List production org IDs as required.
  11. State your reason for requesting the opt out.
  12. Click Submit.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address that you provided in the form.
