SRP Administration Page

The SRP Administration tab enables you to schedule background executions of SRP flows and manage field mappings for each flow.

Note:

This page is only available in Lightning Experience.
You must be assigned the SRP - Administration permission set to access the page and perform the actions.

This component contains the SRP Scheduled Actions section. You can add the component to any Lightning app page.

SRP Scheduled Actions

If you are running the integration in enhanced mode When SRP runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the SRP Integration Settings custom setting is selected., the Schedule Flow Execution action enables you to schedule background executions of the following flows:

Billing Events to Sales Invoices or Credit Notes
Expense Reports to Payable Invoices or Credit Notes
Journal Line Items to Miscellaneous Adjustments
Miscellaneous Adjustments to Journals
Payable Credit Note Expense Line Items to Miscellaneous Adjustments
Payable Invoice Expense Line Items to Miscellaneous Adjustments
Vendor Invoices to Payable Invoices or Credit Notes

The following table details the available options.

Schedule Flow Execution Fields
Field	Description
Flow	Determines which flow is being scheduled. The following options are available: "Create Journals from Miscellaneous Adjustments" "Create Miscellaneous Adjustments from Journal Line Items" "Create Miscellaneous Adjustments from Payable Credit Note Expense Line Items" "Create Miscellaneous Adjustments from Payable Invoice Expense Line Items" "Create Payable Invoices and Credit Notes from Expense Reports" "Create Payable Invoices and Credit Notes from Vendor Invoices" "Create Sales Invoices and Credit Notes from Billing Events"
Schedule Frequency	Determines how often the flow executes. The following options are available: Hourly: once every hour. Daily: once every day. Weekly: every week on specified days of the week. Monthly: once every month.
Schedule Start Time	Determines the time of the day when the flow executes.
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday	Only available when Weekly is selected as the frequency. Determines whether the flow executes on the specific day of the week. For example, if you select Monday, the flow executes each Monday at the specified start time.
Monthly Method	Only available when Monthly is selected as the frequency. Determines how to calculate the day of the month when the flow executes. The following options are available: "Last Day of Month". Note that this is the last calendar day of the month. If a month ends on a Saturday, the flow will execute on that day. "Date" "Day of the Month" "Days Before Month End"
Day of the Month (number)	Only available when "Date" is selected as the monthly method. Determines the date on which the flow executes each month. For example, if you enter 15, the flow executes on the 15th of each month.
Day of the Month (picklist)	Only available when "Day of the Month" is selected as the monthly method. Determines on which occurrence of the day selected in Day of the Week the flow executes.
Day of the Week	Only available when "Day of the Month" is selected as the monthly method. Combined with the value selected for the Day of the Month picklist, determines on which occurrence of the day the flow executes. For example, if you select "Last" and "Friday", the flow executes on the last Friday of each month, regardless of date.
Days Before Month End	Only available when "Days Before Month End" is selected as the monthly method. Determines how many calendar days before the end of each month the flow executes. For example, if you enter 3, the flow executes on January 28, February 25 (non-leap year), March 28, April 27, and so on. Note: If you set this to 1, the flow executes on the day before last of each month. If you want to execute the flow on the last day of each month, use the "Last Day of Month" method.

Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the SRP Integration Settings custom setting is selected., you can view and customize mappings, as well as restore them to their default definitions.

Manage SRP Mappings	Enables you to view and customize the mappings for the following flows: Billing Event to Sales Credit Note Billing Event to Sales Invoice Expense Report to Payable Credit Note Expense Report to Payable Invoice Journal Line Item to Miscellaneous Adjustment Miscellaneous Adjustment to Journal Payable Credit Note Expense Line Item to Miscellaneous Adjustment External Cost Payable Credit Note Expense Line Item to Miscellaneous Adjustment Recharge Customer Payable Invoice Expense Line Item to Miscellaneous Adjustment External Cost Payable Invoice Expense Line Item to Miscellaneous Adjustment Recharge Customer Sales Invoice to Sales Credit Note Vendor Invoice to Payable Credit Note Vendor Invoice to Payable Invoice After selecting a flow, the dedicated page displays in a new Lightning tab. For more information, see Viewing Mappings. Note: You can use Feature Console to migrate your custom mappings defined in ClickLink and integration rules. Restore Default SRP Mappings	Restores the field-level mappings to their default definitions. Warning: This deletes all your custom mappings. You cannot revert this action.
