Some aspects of FinancialForce Accounting are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with System Administrator permissions to perform these tasks. See the Salesforce Help for information on how to maintain custom settings.

| Archiving Batch Size | The number of records that are processed in a batch by the Archive process. The default value is 10. |
| Batch Size - Discard | The number of records that are processed in a batch by the Discarding process. The default value is 10. |
| Mark for Archiving Batch Size | The number of records that are processed in a batch by the Mark for Archiving process. The default value is 10. |
| Summarization Journal Group By Criteria | The field to group by when creating the summarization journal during the archiving process. You can enter Account to group by account, or None for no grouping. If left blank or not set, it defaults to Account. If you enter any other value, an error is reported in the Archive Set Log and no summarization journal is created. The field is case-insensitive. |
