New Features and Enhancements in CS Cloud January 2023

The following new features have been introduced in the January 2023 release of CS Cloud.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to CS Cloud January 2023. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.

Objectives

We have added the Create Objective action which enables you to create an objective directly from the Customer Success Workspace or from any record pages your administrator adds it to. If you use the Create Objective action on a success plan record, the Success Plan field auto-populates from the current success plan record.

We have renamed the CSC Actions: Playbooks component to CSC Actions: Record Pages, as this component is also supported on the objective record pages. The Create Objective action has been added to the CSC Actions: Record Pages and CSC Workspace Actions components. We have also added the Category field to the Objective object so that you can recognize the category that the objective is grouped by.
