FF Alert Card

An alert card can display up to three key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to a specific object.

To do this, you can:

  • Define a major KPI by specifying an appropriate object and list view. You can then select whether you want to display:
    • The count of records in the list view
    • The count of unique values in the list view.
    • Average, count, maximum, minimum, sum or unique count of values for a specific field
    • The card in a different color to help the user understand the current state of the record
  • Define up to two minor KPIs by specifying appropriate fields. You can select whether you want to display an average, count, maximum, minimum, sum or unique count of the values.

For more information on the calculation types supported when defining the major and minor KPIs and associated field types, see FinancialForce Alert Card Calculation and Field Type Compatibility Matrix.

For more information on setting up these cards, see Setting up FinancialForce Alert Cards.

FF Count Card

Each count card displays a count of records in the corresponding object's list view.

For example, in PSA, you can create a custom count card to view a list of projects that are due to be completed in the next month.

For more information on setting up these cards, see Setting up FinancialForce Count Cards.

FF Highlights

You can display multiple highlight cards in a single component that you can add to an object's FinancialForce Lightning record page.

For more information, see:

FF Highlight Data Card

Each date card displays the value contained in a date field on the corresponding object.

For more information on setting up these cards, see Setting up FinancialForce Highlight Date Cards.

FF Highlight Number Card

Each number card displays the value contained in a number field on the corresponding object.

For more information on setting up these cards, see Setting up FinancialForce Highlight Number Cards.

FF Highlight Numbers Panel

You can add the highlight numbers panel to any Lightning record page and used to summarize key information relating to the record. They display the value of up to three number or currency fields as cards in a summary panel on your Lightning record page layouts. Threshold color coding can be added to support the users understanding of the current state of the record.

For more information, see Setting up FinancialForce Highlight Numbers Panels.

FF Highlight Percentage Card

A percentage card displays the value contained in a percentage data type field or relevant formula fields on a specified object. There is also an optional progress bar for a visual representation of the percentage.

For more information, see Setting up FinancialForce Highlight Percentage Cards.

FF Highlight Picklist Card

A picklist card displays the picklist value contained in a picklist field on the corresponding object.

For more information, see Setting up FinancialForce Highlight Picklist Cards.

FF KPI Card

A KPI card displays a single key performance indicator (KPI) value for an object on a Lightning app page or record page.

For more information on the calculation types supported when defining KPIs and associated field types, see FinancialForce Alert Card Calculation and Field Type Compatibility Matrix.

For more information, see Setting up FinancialForce KPI Cards.

FF Navigation Component

The FF Navigation component provides a tailored navigation experience. By logically grouping links to commonly-used features and pages in your installed FinancialForce products, you can provide simplified navigation to speed up your end-users' workflow. You can add the FF Navigation component to Lightning app pages, a utility bar, home pages, and object record pages.

You can create configurations for this component using the Navigation Configuration Builder and the Global Navigation Configuration Builder, which you open from the App Launcher.

For more information, see Setting up Navigation Components.
