Activating and Deactivating Synchronization

The synchronization feature of ClickLink is activated by default. If you need to do so, you can deactivate the ClickLink synchronization feature on your entire Salesforce organization.

Note:

When Synchronization is deactivated, changes to source records will not be carried out on target records regardless of ClickLink rules that you have created.

To deactivate synchronization:

  1. Click YourName | Setup | Develop | Custom Settings | ClickLink Settings.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click New at the top of the ClickLink Settings page.
  4. Deselect Sync Enabled .
  5. Click Save.

To activate synchronization:

  1. Click YourName | Setup | Develop | Custom Settings | ClickLink Settings.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select Sync Enabled.
  4. Click Save.
