Registering Products with Foundations

Tips:

If you are registering a product for a Certinia integration, it is likely that the registration can be completed automatically using a registration step in the relevant Feature Console feature. For more information, see the documentation relating to the specific integration.

You only need to register a product once for use with Certinia messaging. If a product was registered for a previous integration and you want to create a second integration for that product, you do not need to re-register it.

If you need to manually register a product, for example, for a non-Certinia app, complete the following steps:

1. Click the Registered Products tab.
2. Click New or New Registered Product.
3. Enter a name for the product.
4. Enter the developer name that the integration uses to identify the product. This developer name is used by the related message types.
5. In the version details section, enter a version number that corresponds to your app at the time of registration.
6. Click Save.
