Services Forecasting Desktop App

The Services Forecasting desktop app contains the following tabs:

• Services Revenue Forecasting Workspace
• Review Forecast Version
• Revenue Forecast Batch Logs
• Chatter

Services Revenue Forecasting Workspace

The Services Revenue Forecasting workspace is the default landing page for the Services Forecasting app and acts as a starting point for the activities that are relevant to Revenue Forecasting in PSA.

Review Forecast Version

Use the Review Forecast Version tab to review revenue forecast versions for projects and opportunities. For more information, see Reviewing Revenue Forecast Versions.

Revenue Forecast Batch Logs

The Revenue Forecast Batch Logs tab opens the Revenue Forecast Batch Logs list view.

Chatter

Chatter is a private social network within your Salesforce/PSA environment. If you are new to Chatter or would like to find out more about its features, read the Salesforce Chatter Overview first.

PSA is Chatter enabled. This means you can access Chatter's feeds and file-sharing features from within the application.

Note: You must have the existing workspace permission sets to access these apps from the App Launcher. Most of the tabs are list views, but some tabs are redirected to pages. To access the pages and their contents you must be provided with the relevant functional area permission sets. For more information, contact your administrator.
