Customizing the PSA Desktop Apps

The PSA desktop apps are not included in the PSA Core product. Contact Certinia Onboarding to have the PSA Workspaces package installed in your org.

Complete the following steps to customize the PSA Apps for your users:

  1. From Setup, open the App Manager and search the PSA Desktop Apps you want to edit.
  2. Click | Edit. The App Settings page opens.
  3. Edit the sections in App Settings:
    • App Details & Branding: edit the app name, description, and logo.
    • Navigation Items: Select the items to add to the app navigation pane from the Available Items list. You can't edit or remove the items present under the Selected Items list.
    • User Profiles: Select the user profiles that can access the app.
Note: App Options and Utility Items are not editable.
