Deleting Project Versions

Notes:

Your administrator must assign Project Version Delete permission control to you for you to delete project versions.

By default, you can delete records in batches of 500 for each version. This is set in the custom setting field Delete Version Batch Size and we do not recommend a higher value. Contact your administrator if you need to change the value.

You cannot delete a baseline version.

To delete a project version A read-only data capture of the project in a particular moment in time.:

1. Click the version link in the Managed Versions related list on the project. The Version page opens.
2. Click Delete Version.
