Services Billing Workspace Overview

The Services Billing workspace acts as a starting point for any role that is involved in services billing. Depending on your access, you can check the status of and manage billing events, and review information about billable records, such as overdue milestones, unapproved timecards, and so on.

Notes:

• Workspaces use Lightning Experience to take full advantage of the Lightning App Builder. This means you can customize your users' experience for their specific requirements. The changes you make are saved in a cloned app. The original app remains unchanged.
• Depending on your role, you might have more than one workspace. When multiple workspaces are required for a role, a workspace is scoped for a specific set of functional activities.
