GL Account Fields

An SCM GL Account record is a mapping between SCM Accounts and Certinia Accounting general ledger accounts. When activities occur in SCM, transaction records are created in the SCM account. To transfer this information to Certinia Accounting, journals are created for the SCM transactions against the appropriate general ledger account depending on the records you create in the GL Account object.

Here is a description of the fields and buttons that SCM Accounting Connector adds to the GL Account object.

Key: * – Mandatory field; S - Included in the core SCM package.
