We have introduced the Activity Tracker, which enables you to view activity information from the last 12 months at a glance. You can now view information about the records displayed in the Success Tracker using the Record Details panel. The panel displays useful information about the selected objective, playbook, or playbook task. This includes details such as the relevant description, a progress bar and the number of tasks completed, as well as a list of all associated records. You can also mark tasks as complete from the objective, playbook, and playbook task level. The new Notes field enables you to view and add notes to a playbook task directly from the Success Tracker.
The way that the progress is calculated for objectives in the Success Tracker has changed. The percentage is now based on the proportion of completed playbook tasks on the playbooks associated with the objective.
You can now also hover over the progress bar to see information about task completeness.
Grid Sorting Information
The selected sorting criteria is now displayed on the Playbook Task Portfolio Grid and Playbook Task Manager grid view. For more information, see Using the Playbook Task Portfolio Grid and Using the Playbook Task Manager.
