Creating a Success Plan
To create a new success plan:
- Click Create Success Plan on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create New Success Plan.
- Click Next.
- Enter a name for the new success plan.
- [Optional] Update the success plan owner. This field is pre-populated with the current user when one resource is assigned to the user.
- [Optional] Enter an account, next business review, last business review, and status, for the success plan.
- [Optional] Enter a summary of your success plan. To upload an image, click .
- [Optional] Enter any challenges and risks for your success plan. To upload an image, click .
- Click Save.
To create a success plan from a template:
- Click Create Success Plan on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create Success Plan from Template.
- Click Next.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Update the name for the new success plan.
- [Optional] Update the success plan owner. This field is pre-populated with the current user when one resource is assigned to the user.
- [Optional] Select an account to associate with the success plan.
- [Optional] Update the effective date. The default is today’s date.
- [Optional] To make a success plan available for selection as a template when creating new success plans from templates, select the Template checkbox.
- [Optional] Update the summary of your success plan. To upload an image, click . The field is auto-populated from the template when available.
- [Optional] Update the challenges and risks for your success plan. To upload an image, click . The field is auto-populated from the template when available.
- Click Create.
