Inventory Transaction Financial Record

Inventory transaction financial records allow you to track the financial transactions arising from acquiring, managing and selling inventory items. You can track information such as who was involved in the transaction, what the transaction was for, when and where it took place and why. This information can be sent to financial systems such as Accounting. Here is a description of the fields on the Inventory Transaction Financial Record object.

Field Name	Description
Elements of Cost	The element of cost record to which this transaction belongs.
Export Error	Contains information about errors that occur while exporting the record to a financial system such as Accounting.
Export Status	Export status of the transaction to a financial system such as Accounting.
Foreign Transaction Number	Contains the transaction number of the record in the accounting system to which this transaction has been exported.
GL Account	General ledger account in the financial system to which this transaction is to be exported.
ICP Inventory Control Point. A distribution center or place around the globe that inventory items are controlled from. An ICP may have one or more warehouses. Currency	Currency of the inventory control point to which this transaction relates.
ICP Value Amount	Value of the item at the inventory control point to which this transaction relates.
ICP Unit Cost	Cost of one item at the inventory control point to which this transaction relates.
Inventory Transaction	Name of the inventory transaction to which this record relates.
Inventory Transaction Financial Record	Name of the Inventory Transaction Financial Record
Quantity	Quantity of items associated with this transaction.
Trade Currency	Currency of the supplier site or customer. This is used for receipts and shipments.
Trade Unit Cost	Cost of one item on this transaction.
Trade Value Amount	Value of the transaction.
