Inventory Transaction Perpetual Record Fields

Inventory transaction perpetual records are historical records that allow you to track transaction history arising from acquiring, managing and selling inventory items. You can track information such as who was involved in the transaction, what the transaction was for, when, where it took place and why. Here is a description of the fields on the Inventory Transaction Perpetual Record object.

Field Name	Description
AP Voucher	Lookup to the AP Voucher that generates the Inventory Transaction Perpetual Record during the match process when the Track Purchase Price Variance (PPV) custom setting is enabled.
Inventory Transaction Record Number	Name of the Inventory Transaction Perpetual Record
Comment	Contains comments that the user entered when the transaction took place.
Condition	Condition code of the items associated with the transaction.
CSN Cycles Since New	Cycles since the item to which the transaction relates was new.
CSO Cycles Since Overhauled	Cycles since the item to which the transaction relates was overhauled.
CSR Cycles Since Removal	Cycles since the item to which the transaction relates was removal.
Customer Return Line	Lookup to the customer return line associated with this transaction.
Cycle Count Detail	Lookup to the cycle count detail record to which this record relates. This field is populated when the transaction arises from a cycle count.
Expiry Date	Expiry date of the item to which this transaction relates.
Export Error	Contains information about errors that occur while exporting the record to a financial system such as Accounting.
Export Status	Export status of the transaction to a financial system such as Accounting.
Foreign Transaction Number	Contains the transaction number of the record in the accounting system to which this transaction has been exported.
ICP Inventory Control Point. A distribution center or place around the globe that inventory items are controlled from. An ICP may have one or more warehouses.	Lookup to the inventory control point to which this transaction relates.
Inventory Location	Lookup to the inventory location to which this transaction relates.
Inventory Position	Inventory position associated with this transaction. This field is cleared when shipment of the item associated with this transaction is confirmed. This occurs because the inventory position is deleted when shipment is confirmed.
Inventory Transactions	The type of inventory transaction to which this inventory transaction perpetual record belongs.
Item Master	Lookup to the item master to which this transaction relates.
Item Serial Number	Contains the serial number of item to which this transaction relates when the item is serial number controlled.
Lot Number	Contains the lot number of the item to which this transaction relates when the item is lot number controlled.
New Location Balance	Number of parts at the new location after the transaction.
Old Location Balance	Number of parts at the old location after the transaction.
Owned By	Owner of the inventory.
Ownership Code	Lookup to the ownership code associated with the inventory to which this transaction relates.
Production Order	Lookup to the production order to which this transaction relates.
Production Order Line	Lookup to the production order line to which this transaction relates.
Purchase Order Line Item	Lookup to the purchase order line associated with this transaction. This field contains a purchase order line item if the items are being shipped for service or maintenance work.
Quantity	Quantity of items associated with this transaction.
Reason Code	Reason code associated with this transaction.
Receipt Line	Lookup to the receipt line associated with this transaction.
Receiving Inspection	Lookup to the receiving inspection associated with this transaction.
Sales Order Line Item	Lookup to the sales order line item to which this transaction relates .
Serial Number Obsolete	This field is no longer used.
Transfer Request Line	Lookup to the transfer request line to which this transaction relates.
TSN Time Since New	Time since the item associated with this transaction was new.
TSO Time Since Overhauled	Time since the item associated with this transaction was overhauled.
TSR Time Since Removed	Time since the item associated with this transaction was removed.
Unit of Measure	Lookup to the unit of measure associated with the item to which this transaction relates.
Warehouse	Warehouse to which this transaction relates.
