Region, Practice, and Group Fields

Here is a description of the fields that PSA – Accounting Connector adds to the Region, Practice, and Group objects.

All Company

Accounting company used when creating an Accounting document from a PSA record linked to the region, group, or practice. This link is established through the related project.

For example, the Europe region has EuroCo. set as the company. Project A is included in the Europe region. When you create an expense report for Project A, the Company field is automatically set to EuroCo.

Note:

The Company Source for BE, ER, and MA custom setting field controls if the Company field of the Region, Practice, or Group is used. The field is defined on the PSA – Accounting Connector Settings custom setting.

Billing Events to Sales Invoices or Credit Notes

Expense Reports to Payable Invoices or Credit Notes

Miscellaneous Adjustments to Journals

All Accounting Reporting Code

Alternative name or code used in Accounting for reporting purposes. This value is used to set the Reporting Code field on dimension records created from the region, practice, or group.

If the relevant flow is enabled, when this field is blank, the value is automatically populated from the name of the region, practice, or group. If the name is longer than 24 characters, it is automatically truncated.

This value must be unique.
