Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA Custom Setting

Use these custom setting fields to configure the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA. For more information about the connector, see Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA.

Notes:
  • Some fields populate automatically when you perform Feature Console steps.
  • If you edit any of the custom setting fields after activating the connector, you must deactivate the relevant workflows via the Feature Console and activate them again.

Indicates that assignments are deleted in Concur when they are deleted in PSA.

Approval Status

Concur status that makes an expense report eligible to be sent to PSA.

The default value is "Approved".

Indicates whether the initial sync of assignments has been performed.

Concur API URL Suffix
Note:

Only applies if you are using the Password Grant type authentication for Concur.

API suffix automatically appended to the Concur API URL Prefix entered when you authenticate a Concur user to the Integration Hub using the Feature Console.

The default value is /api/v3.0

Concur field for Expense Billable Type

Name of the custom Concur field used to populate the Is Billable field in PSA.

The default value is Is Billable?

Note:

The Is Billable? field must be a picklist in Concur, it cannot be a checkbox.

Concur field for PSA Project

Name of the Concur custom field used for PSA projects. If you want to sync project manager information along with the project, enter the name of the multi-level list in Concur, for example, PSA Project-Project Manager.

The default value is PSA Project.

Name of the Concur field used for the PSA resource-assignment linked list.

The default value is PSA Resource-PSA Assignment.

Concur Filter by Billable Expenses Field

Name of the Concur field used to filter expenses to be sent to PSA. The possible values are:

  • None (the default) - all eligible expenses, regardless of the values of the IsBillable and IsPersonal fields.
  • IsBillable - only expenses with this field set to True, as defined in Expense Report Billable Mapping, are sent to PSA.
  • IsPersonal - expenses with this field set to True are not sent to PSA.
  • IsBillable,IsPersonal - combination of the previous two options.

The connector doesn't support custom filters.

Delete Workflow Name

Name of the workflow in the Integration Hub used for deleting PSA project and assignment records in Concur.

Email

The alternative email address that error notifications are sent to if an error occurs when syncing expenses and expense reports from Concur. This field is only used if the email of the Concur user who created the expense report cannot be retrieved.

Note:

If left blank, the email of the PSA user that was authenticated to the Integration Hub using the Feature Console is used.

Expense Report Billable Mapping

Maps the value of the Is Billable? field in Concur to the value of the Billable field in PSA.

The default value is Yes:true which creates billable expense in PSA when "Yes" is selected for the Is Billable? field in Concur.

Expense Report Status Mapping

Maps the value of the Approval Status field for Concur expense reports to a PSA expense reports status. The default mapping is Approved:Approved.

Notes:
  • If you enter a Concur status in the Approval Status field that doesn't exist in PSA and you don't update this mapping accordingly, the status is created as a new value in the Status picklist on the Expense Report object in PSA.
  • When you map a Concur status to "Draft" in PSA, if users add expenses in Concur to an expense report that is still draft in PSA, the expenses are added to the draft PSA report.

Expenses Sync Workflow Name

Name of the workflow in the Integration Hub that is used to sync Expense Reports from Concur to PSA.

Initial Sync Chunk Size

Maximum number of projects, resources, and assignments that are synced in a single initial synchronization chunk. An additional chunk is created each time this limit is reached.

The default is 2000.
