Key: * – Mandatory field; R – Read-only

| Use Local Account | Select this field to enable the user to enter local GLAs directly. When this checkbox is enabled, the user cannot then enter corporate GLAs when creating documents in that company. Default is unselected. | |
| Permissions ID | R | Automatically assigned identifier (PID-nnnn) for this user company record. |
