PSA Direct for Jira Settings Fields
Use these settings on the PSA Direct for Jira tab to configure and activate the PSA Direct for Jira integration.

Use Parent Link | Indicates whether you can use a Parent Link custom field provided by Jira to build a hierarchy from any issue type to issue type. By default, the Use Parent Link is disabled. |

PSA Projects Mapped to |
Indicates whether PSA projects are mapped to Jira issues or Jira projects. This enables you to:
The type of Jira issue is determined by the value of the Jira Issue Type field. This is deselected by default. |
Jira Issue Type |
Type of Jira issue PSA projects are synced to. The default value is Epic. |
Update PSA Project based on Jira Issue | Indicates that eligible PSA projects are updated based on Jira issue. |
