Creating a Scoping Requirement Response
Scoping requirement responses define appropriate answers estimators can select during a scoping session.
To create a scoping requirement response:
- Do one of the following:
- On the Scoping Requirement Responses tab, click New.
- On a scoping requirement record, on the Scoping Requirement Responses related list, click New.
- Check or update the requirement that the response belongs to.
- Enter the body of the requirement response. This is what will be displayed in a scoping session.
- [Optional] Enter a number to determine the order that the requirement response is displayed within the requirement in a scoping session. For example, 1 for first.
- Select Default Response if you want the response to be selected by default in a scoping session.
- Click Save to save the requirement response or Save & New to save the requirement response and create a new one.
