Searching the Help

As an alternative to using the Contents pane to find the information that you need, why not use the Search feature?

Tips
If you want to search for a specific phrase, such as 'Resource Actuals' to differentiate it from other types of actuals, you should enclose the phrase in double quotes.
You may also find it useful to filter the search results by user roles such as System Administrator or configuration groupA collection of configuration options contained in the configuration groups tab that defines behaviour of a FinancialForce PSA object or feature..

In the following example you are looking for information on resource actuals.

  1. Type 'resource actuals' into the Search field on the right side of the header. Note the use of double quotes when looking for multi-word phrases.

  2. [Optional] Select System Administrator from the filter list to limit the results to those appropriate to you.
  3. Click the search icon on the far right of the search box. The search results will look something like this:

  4. Click a topic name to display the topic.
  5. [Optional] If you want to return to the search results page, click the search icon again.
  6. To continue, select another topic in the Contents pane, or begin another search.
