Scheduling Message Delivery

The Message Delivery job supplied with ERP enables you to define when ERP messages are delivered.

To set the time interval on which to deliver the messages:

  1. Click the ERP Setup tab in the ERP Administration app.
  2. Click the Scheduled Jobs tab.
  3. Click Edit icon in the Message Delivery row.
  4. To specify a specific time, click Plus icon to expand the Time row then do one of the following:
  5. To specify the days on which the job is to run, click Plus icon to expand the Day / Date row then do one of the following:
  6. To specify the months on which the job is to run, click Plus icon to expand the Month row then do one of the following:
  7. To specify the years on which the job is to run, click Plus icon to expand the Year row then do one of the following:
  8. Click Apply Changes.
  9. Select the Scheduled checkbox.
  10. Click Save.

To deliver the messages now, click Run now icon.

To view a summary of the schedule, click the information icon Information icon.
