You can create a resource request set on the Manage Resource Request Sets page. You can also add new copies of the master resource request to the set and delete resource requests in a resource request set on this page.
Creating a Resource Request Set
To create a resource request set:
Click Create Resource Request Set on the detail page of the resource request that you want to be the master resource request.
If required, choose an alternative Master Resource Request.
Select the number of copies of the master resource request to add to the resource request set.
Click Add Copies of Master Resource Request.
To return to the original resource request, click Done.
Adding Resource Requests to an Existing Resource Request Set
To add resource requests to an existing resource request set:
Click Create Resource Request Set on the detail page of a resource request that belongs to the resource request set to which you want to add resource requests.
Select the number of copies of the master resource request to add to the resource request set.
Click Add Copies of Master Resource Request.
Holding Resources for Resource Requests in the Resource Request Set
Once you have created a resource request set, you can hold a resource for each resource request in the set using the Assign Resource section of the Resource Request Detail page:
Click the Resource Requests tab.
Click the Resource Request Id that you want to hold resources for.
[Optional]If required, click + to view the availability if the resource and edit the schedule. See Resource Details.
Click Hold next to the resource that you want to hold.
Repeat the steps for each resource request in the set.
Deleting Resource Requests in a Resource Request Set
To delete resource requests in a resource request set:
Click Create Resource Request Set on the detail page of a resource request that belongs to the resource request set that you want to delete resource requests from.
Select the checkboxes of the resource requests that you want to delete.
