VisualForce Page Access

FinancialForce PSA includes the profiles PSE - Consultant, PSE - Customer Portal Manager, PSE - Finance, PSE - Management, PSE - Operations and PSE - Sales. If you use these custom user profiles, these settings are already defined, or if you mapped these custom permissions to your own profiles during installation, many of these settings are predefined.

In order to use the Visualforce pages associated with custom FinancialForce PSA objects, you must ensure that all Visualforce pages are enabled on all relevant profiles.

  1. From Setup, click Manage Users | Profiles.
  2. Click the name of the Standard User profile.
  3. Click Visualforce Page Access.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enable access to all Appirio Core and PS Enterprise Visualforce pages.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat for all other relevant profiles.
