Managing Profiles, Security and Sharing

If you have the privileges to do so, you can grant users access to FinancialForce PSA components:

• Permission Sets. These control access to FinancialForce PSA fields, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Objects. These replace user profiles in V15 and later. See Permission Sets.
• User profiles. These control access to FinancialForce PSA fields, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Objects. See Managing Profiles.
• FinancialForce PSA Apps. These control access to FinancialForce PSA tabs. See Applications.
• Salesforce Role Hierarchy, Org-wide Sharing Model and or Sharing Rules. These control access to FinancialForce PSA records.
