Configuration Management
Export your existing configuration settings and import the configuration settings included in the PSA packages. For more information, see Importing and Exporting Configuration.
The PSA Administration Tab provides tasks that your administrator can perform in PSA. Some tasks can be performed as batch jobs immediately or scheduled by clicking Submit Batch or Schedule Batch respectively.
Configuration Management

ERP Administration
Register your ERP publications and subscriptions, load all publications or subscriptions, and remove all publications or subscriptions. For more information, see ERP Integration.
Post Install Tasks
Display a list of tasks your administrator must perform after upgrading PSA.
Billing Queue Management
Initialize the billing queue.
RPGPR Maintenance Batch
Update the current time period information for regions, practices, groups, projects, and resources. Updating the time period causes the appropriate pages to pull in data for actuals, backlog, and utilization and displays the data in the appropriate details section for each record.
Actuals Calculate Delta Batch
Schedule a batch calculation of actuals from transactions.
If your organization uses immediate actuals, this option calculates real time actuals for each region, practice, group, project, and resource.
Scheduled Job Cleanup
Delete Apex scheduled jobs that have no future scheduled activity.
Project Actuals Recalc
Schedule batch recalculation of project actuals. See Recalculating Resource and Project Actuals.
Calculate Future Time on Schedules
Schedule or run batches of Future Time Schedule calculations. See Calculating Future Scheduled Hours.
App Log Cleanup Job
Delete app logs for actuals, billing, or both. See Deleting App Logs.
Utilization Engine
Schedule utilization calculation jobs using the Utilization Engine. See Utilization Engine.
Recalculate Schedules on Resource Requests
Schedule or run batches of all eligible resource request schedule recalculations. See Rescheduling Resource Requests.
Recalculate Schedules on Assignments
Schedule or run batches of all eligible assignment schedule recalculations. See Rescheduling Assignments.

Select from day of the week or for specific days of the month. The "L" fields let you specify the last selected day less the indicated number. |

Geocoding Services
Provide longitude and latitude coordinates based on an address using the Google Maps service. For example, when locating resources. See Searching for Resources on the Search Resources Page. Turn Geocoding Services on by clicking Activate and then Accept to agree to share address data with Google. Turn off the service by clicking Deactivate.
The read-only MapQuest details present checkbox indicates whether PSA was previously configured for MapQuest. It’s checked if there are values set in deprecated MapQuest custom settings. See Geolocation Service URL.
