You can automatically attach rate cards to resource requests. To do this you must specify a Resource Role and an account, region, practice, or group to which the rate card is to be applied. You can also create global rate cards where a Resource Role is specified, but the RPGAbbreviation of region, practice, group. fields are all blank. Global rate cards are not automatically attached to resource requests.
