Lock Staffing Schedule/
Unlock Staffing Schedule

A toggle button you can use to select or deselect the Is Locked field on the Team Schedule. This button displays if the Enable Lock Schedule field is selected in the Team Permissions custom setting.

Note:

This button does not lock or unlock a schedule, by default. It can be used to tie into a process you build to tie into Team Schedule Planner.

Send Schedule To All

Sets the Send Schedule field in the Team Schedule object to true. If your administrator has configured a process to send notifications, clicking this button sends schedule notifications to team members. For more information, see Sending Team Schedule Notifications. To suppress this button from display, deselect the Enable Send Notifications field in the Team Permissions custom setting.

Reload data.

Save changes.
