Managing Profiles

A profile defines a user’s access to records, tabs, Visualforce pages and the FinancialForce PSA applications.

To view or edit a profile: from Setup, click Manage Users | Profiles.

Tip: Tip
FinancialForce PSA includes the profiles PSE - Consultant, PSE - Customer Portal Manager, PSE - Finance, PSE - Management, PSE - Operations and PSE - Sales. If you use these custom user profiles, these settings are already defined, or if you mapped these custom permissions to your own profiles during installation, many of these settings are predefined.

Ensure that these settings are set appropriately on each FinancialForce PSA profile:
