Resending Failed Messages

To attempt redelivery of a message that failed:

  1. Click the Message Types tab in the Foundations Administration app.
  2. Click the name of the message type for which you want to resend a message.
  3. Click the message ID of the message that failed.
  4. Select the checkboxes of the deliveries that you want to retry.
  5. Click Retry Deliveries.
  6. The deliveries that you can retry are shown in the Retry Allowed related list. To retry these deliveries, click Retry.
