Creating Declarative Subscriptions

1. On the Registered Products tab, click the name of the product to which you want to add a declarative subscription.
2. Click New Subscription in the Subscriptions related list.
3. Enter a name for the subscription.
4. Select the message type to which the subscription belongs.
5. [Optional] Complete the remaining fields. see Subscription Fields for more information.
6. Click Save.
7. Specify a target object:
   1. On the Subscription Detail page, click Description.
   2. Click Target Object.
   3. Select the target object to which you want to send the data.
   4. [Optional] Select the correlation field to which you want to apply the mapping.
   5. Click Confirm.
   6. Click Save.
Note:

The target object is the object to which the received data is sent.

The correlation field provides the link between the source object data in the publication and the target object data in the subscription. The publishing product and the subscribing product both recognize the correlation field. For example, if HCM publishes data from its worker object and PSA subscribes to that publication then an appropriate correlation field is the Employee Id field.
