Resource Search Service Settings
Resource Search Service settings determine the relative importance of role, region, practice, and group for matching when filtering resources.
This is all used to determine a recommended rank when displaying resources in the PSA Resourcing component when Intelligent Staffing is enabled.

There is a Resource Search Service weighting field for role, region, practice, and group.
Field | Description | Default |

Group Weighting | Determines the importance of a resource matching the Group filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. | Essential |
Practice Weighting | Determines the importance of a resource matching the Practice filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. | |
Region Weighting | Determines the importance of a resource matching the Region filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. | |
Role Weighting | Determines the importance of a resource matching the Role filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |
Each field has the same four available options. These four options represent the amount of weight to apply to a match, and are from highest to lowest.
