You can add the FF Navigation component to the FinancialForce Lightning app page, home page, or record page. You can also add the component to a utility bar.
FF Navigation
The FF Navigation component enables you to deliver a customized navigation experience for your end-users.
You create the FF Navigation component configuration using Navigation Configuration Builder. When you add the FF Navigation component to a Lightning record page, its navigation configuration is applied.

Global Navigation Using the Utility Bar
You can add the FinancialForce Navigation component to the utility bar in any custom app. The FinancialForce Navigation configuration provides links for each FinancialForce product installed in the org. This enables users to navigate quickly between FinancialForce applications and provides easy access to the most relevant tasks.
