Upgrading PSA Analytics to Summer 2022

This section describes changes required for the following features when upgrading your PSA Analytics app to Summer 2022:

Migrating from PSA Analytics to PSA Core Analytics and PSA Advanced Analytics

Refer to the schematic below for a high-level description of the changes to PSA Analytics introduced by the Summer 2022 release of Business Analytics.

Upgrade Steps

In order to migrate successfully from PSA Analytics to PSA Core Analytics and PSA Advanced Analytics, follow the steps provided in Migrating to PSA Core and Advanced Analytics from PSA Analytics.

The upgrade steps listed in this topic are mandatory and must be performed in the sequence in which they are provided. We recommend you follow the recommended sequence of steps, to avoid errors when migrating to the Summer 2022 release of Business Analytics. If you do not perform these steps, you will be unable to use PSA Core Analytics or PSA Advanced Analytics.

Deprecated and Deleted Features

Deleted Dashboards and Datasets

From Summer 2022, the Billing Forecast dashboard and the Billing Forecast Summaries, and Billing Forecast Details datasets are no longer available in PSA Analytics.

The PSA Analytics app has been deprecated in the Summer 2022 release, and can only be used to reconfigure existing apps created with versions of PSA Analytics prior to this release.
