Adding Skills and Certifications to Role Requests
You can add skills, certifications, and skill sets from PSA to your estimate role requests. These skills and certifications are also added to the resource requests that are created when pushing an estimate to an opportunity and when a project is created from an estimate, and can be copied when creating or adding from an estimate template. For more information about skills, see Skills Management Overview in the PSA Help.
- On the row of the role request you want to add skills or certifications to, double-click the Skills / Certifications cell.
- Do one of the following:
- Select a skill set by searching using one or more characters anywhere in the skill set name. Then, click to add the skills from the skill set.
- Select a skill or certification to add by searching using one or more characters anywhere in the skill name.
- [Optional] Select a rating for the requested skill or certification.
- [Optional] Click Add Skill to create a new row to add another skill or certification and minimum rating.
- Click Save.
