When you run a CRV you can either submit it to be processed immediately, or you can schedule it to be processed later. If you choose to schedule a CRV, note the following points:
- The scheduled job runs as the user who submitted the CRV, and runs in that user's time zone.
- The scheduled job does not start before the scheduled date and time, but may start later if earlier jobs are still ongoing.
When a CRV has been scheduled and the individual revaluation documents are pending, you can still view the detail page for a pending revaluation document and discard it. At run time, the scheduled job will process the group's remaining members that still have a status of Pending.
If an administrator cancels the scheduled job, the individual CRV documents still appear in the list view with a status of "Pending" and with their scheduled date and time displayed. You need to discard these revaluation documents because they cannot be processed.
